Introduction to Coffee

This workshop provides an overview of the journey coffee beans take from the farm to your cup.

The knowledge gained will help you better understand coffee and improve your skill in selecting, storing and brewing it.

In the second half of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to practice brewing coffee using pour-over (hand-drip) method with their newfound knowledge.

Porch - The Coffee Merchants is a Hong Kong-based coffee brand dedicated to sourcing unique, high-quality beans, roasting locally and distributing worldwide. Our mission is to redefine the coffee experience, making the ritual of brewing and drinking coffee more enjoyable and meaningful. 
Our lecturer, Yoshi (AKA Bean san) is a passionate roaster, barista and educator. He loves sharing his insights and experiences gained throughout his career, all in the spirit of spreading the love for this beautiful beverage.
