Portside is both a restaurant and event venue offering buffet dining with a focus on traditional Hong Kong favourites and British classics. Its marina ambience with outdoor terrace seating makes it a fine venue for private events.
Chef Elvis has gained experience with several luxury hotel groups including Intercontinental, Conrad, Mira, and Four Season Hotels. He began his career in 1999 and was part of the opening team at Spoon by Alain Ducasse Hong Kong. Prior to joining us, Elvis was the Executive Sous Chef at the Royal Garden Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui East.
Monday to Friday is used as a function venue.
