Switzerland is a beautiful winemaking country that is often overlooked by wine enthusiasts. Its vineyards cover only half of the size of Burgundy but produce more grape varieties. The rarity and diversity of Swiss wines are comparable to some of the most prestigious regions in the world.
Gantenbein, the most renown Swiss winery, produces top-class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines that earn its name as the Swiss DRC (Domaine de la Romanée-Conti). This is not only an honor, but also an affirmation of the quality and potential of Swiss wines. Besides international varieties, Swiztzerland has a very small production of indigenous varieties such as Humagne Rouge and Petite Arvine, expressing distinctive terroirs. The La Cave team is glad to present you with a select range of fine Swiss wines.
