About Fitness Centre / Gym

The Club's Fitness Centre gives you unlimited access to state-of-the-art cardio and weight-training equipment as well as lounge facilities with steam room, sauna, beverages and towels. A separate free weight and aerobic sections with over 5,000 square feet of floor space is supported by full time expatriate and local personal trainers.

Personal Training

This is a one-on-one personal training exercise routine designed to help you maximise your goals and reach your body's full potential. A fitness assessment to discover your personal needs helps create a programme to let you achieve them. Each session lasts for one hour, during which your personal trainer will take you through a variety of exercises tailored to your specific needs, including cardiovascular, strength training and flexibility.
